POEM : Sky

Assalamualaikum WBT,

Title : Sky

The sky
My sky
Your sky
His sky
Her sky
Ours.

Mine is different than yours
Yours is different than his
His is different than hers
Hers is different than mine
And we still breathe the same air.

Not to worry,
Every night has its day,
Every dusk has its dawn
And everything has its fate.

Worry not,
just have faith in Him,
He has better plans for us,
yes, US ALL.

Poem : The Learning.

Assalamualaikum WBT,

Title : The Learning.

First step was crawl,
Crawling towards things that we excitedly want to try ,
Sometimes, we bumped onto things 
Chair, desk, dinner table,
Bumped did not make us dead,
It made us leant things.

Second step was stepping, slowly.
First try, 
Fell.
Second try,
Fell but managed to step a few steps,
Third try,
Fell.
And we cried.
But somehow, 
We managed to step, slowly.

Third step was walk.
Walking it hard in some ways.
We sometimes, fell and we gave the fault to the stone in front of us,
We fell, but it did not hurt. At all.
Sometimes, we fell very hard and it hurts.
But, most of the times, 
We are able to walk, soundly.

Fourth step was running.
We were not running all the times.
We ran at certain times.
We ran because we have to.
But,
Sometimes, we ran because we liked to,
And it showed that we can run.
Just. Can.

Grateful.

BE GRATEFUL.

They keep saying that.

Don't they know that we live by the same earth?

by the same air?

under the same sky?

But they choose be oblivious.

Oblivion they are.

Seeing and watching things for they candy eyes,

While things are the same anymore.

Yup, that are the same.

We choose to live the life and 

You choose to just live.

And I choose to listen to Pink's I Don't Believe You.

Determination To Do Something.

Assalamulaikum WBT,

My friend started back her yoga classes and her healthy lifestyle. To be honest, I envy her because she has this very determined, static determination. When she wants to do it, there is nothing could stop her. Ugh! hate that! why? because, when I want to lose weights or want to do exercises, I was like... "Okay, I will do it tomorrow". What the fish in the see? Mother father of the child kan?

It is actually very hard to stand you determination. I know, there are people who love to change their body image and also want to have healthy lifestyle. As for me, I am so grateful that I am not a smoker. I learnt the hard way, how? When I was standard 5, I tried my dad's cigarette, and it was painful. My head was like spinning all around and I just fell on a mattress. *thank Allah! hahahaha... and from there, I take a stance that I would not touch cigarette again. And alhamdulillah.

And I would love to lose some weights, I have been struggling to lose some weight since my secondary school. I am always be the fat boy since then. Always, and now, I am trying to lose weights some more. I have been lifting some things and I am doing my sit ups and such. I do not know what they called it, squat or whatever. I just do it and I just do not know the name. In Shaa Allah, this month, would be my wake up call month. In Shaa Allah.

Okay, I too have my own determination. I have several people whom I made them as my motivators. Haha..

Fever-ing.

Assalamualaikum WBT,

Well, I actually consider this blog as my private blog. I dont know, because this blog is waaayy new and I just love to write things that I really do not want to write on the other blog. just that. 

And, what ever we do in this world, it supposed to have reasons and when we did things that we thought the right things to do, and on others; eyes, it was not. So, what should we do? defend our stance? or sit back and have a deep, long, great thought about things that we have done? Anyways, the best way is actually to think back things that we have done and if its the right things to do, then, go for it. If you happened to be a great person and successful, congratulations but if you happened to be miserable and really terrible, then, its your own responsibility and its your own cause. 

I am not saying that we need to stay safe, no, not that kind of thinking, but you need to be very careful. Like, in love with somebody, for instance, we need to think about a lot of things. Yes. We need to think about the future, does that person actually suit you at his/her best, does that person have jobs, or does that person really love you for you, you really need to think about this. 

People say, 

"Marrying a person from a different continent is the best thing ever".

Whut? Say who? Said those who have lots of money and actually have everything?

Whatever it is, sometimes, we just need to let them be and let them miserable for things they have done right? They WILL NOT learn anything IF they do not feel it yet, right? 

Well, that is just my little thought on random-est things ever. I actually really need to sleep because I am not feeling very well right now. I am now fever-ing. hahaha. *new word? never heard of it right? so do i!! hahahha...

So, good night everyone, I am so sorry for not posting entries here.

Start Exercising!!! Dont Just Say That You Want It, Prove it!!!

I actually read about this very one article. *yes, its grammartically incorrect but, I am going to use it anyway. hahaha.. screw you. Hehhe. as long as you understand me, then we are on the same page, shall we walk together now?...

Monday

Snack: Mixed nuts, raisins and cranberries.
Dinner: 100g chicken, bacon and avocado salad.

Wednesday
Breakfast: Smoothie: blend 25g whey protein, 300ml skimmed milk, 100g strawberries and a banana.
Snack: 90g mackerel on 1 slice of wholemeal toast.
Lunch: 1 apple. Chicken salad sandwich on wholemeal bread.
Snack: 1 banana.
Dinner: 120g fillet steak with spinach and 2 grilled tomatoes.
Snack: 100g low-fat cottage cheese and pineapple.
Daily total: 1,821 calories, 138g protein, 222g carbs, 35g fat
 
Thursday
Breakfast: 4 scrambled egg whites on 2 slices of wholemeal toast.
Snack: 1 low-fat yoghurt with blueberries and a handful of oats and honey.
Lunch: Smoothie: blend 25g whey protein, 80g raspberries, 80g blueberries, 50g blackberries and water. 30g brazil nuts.
Snack: 100g low-fat cottage cheese and pineapple.
Dinner: Tuna niçoise salad: 100g tuna, mixed salad leaves, plum tomatoes, a red pepper and 4 new potatoes.
Snack: 250ml skimmed milk.
Daily total: 1,835 calories, 136g protein, 229g carbs, 33g fat
 
Friday
Breakfast: 45g oats with 300ml skimmed milk and 1tsp honey.
Snack: 10 radishes with balsamic vinaigrette.
Lunch: 1 can of tuna with beetroot. 1 low-fat yoghurt.
Snack: Smoothie: blend 25g whey protein, 80g raspberries, 80g blueberries and 50g blackberries with water.
Dinner: 120g barbecue chicken kebab with peppers and 70g brown rice.
Snack: 100g cottage cheese and grapes.
Daily total: 1,808 calories, 133g protein, 219g carbs, 34g fat
 
Saturday
Breakfast: 2-egg omelette with cheese.
Snack: Smoothie: blend 25g protein, 1 apple, 50g blueberries, 50g blackberries and a banana with water.
Lunch: 90g sardines on 1 slice of wholemeal toast.
Snack: 150g raw carrots and hummus.
Dinner: 100g grilled salmon with green beans, asparagus and 70g brown rice.
Snack: 200ml skimmed milk.
Daily total: 1,822 calories, 135g protein, 221g carbs, 36g fat
 
Sunday
Breakfast: 4 scrambled egg whites on 2 slices of wholemeal toast. 1 grapefruit.
Snack: Smoothie: blend 25g protein, 300ml skimmed milk, 50g blueberries, 50g blackberries and a banana.
Lunch: Tuna sandwich on wholemeal bread. 1 pear.
Snack: Mixed nuts and fruit bar.
Dinner: 120g fillet steak with 1 small jacket potato, spinach and 1 grilled tomato.
Snack: 1 apple with 2tbsp natural peanut butter.
Daily total: 1,840 calories, 140g protein, 228g carbs, 39g fat


Look at those menu, from Monday to Sunday and they say, IT MUST BE TAKEN FOR ONE MONTH to actually get the bad fat out and not only with diet but we need to actually start exercising all the way to get the perfect chiseled muscles. Amazing abdomen with muscles? Biceps? Triceps? Whatever you want but determination is needed. We must commit and commitment is crucial to get amazing results. 

And determination is actually my biggest problem, I want to best result for me, but I seldomly have that amazing determination like others have. That worries me, a lot! I want to be in-style but determination to do all those exercises makes me to cry. Hahaha.. and one more thing, I always think, "well, if I cant do it today, I will do it tomorrow and surprisingly, the tomorrow never came".

I Am Obsessed With This Female Model!!!

Hi everyone!! Happy Thursday!! Love you all.

I watched Saint Laurent Spring 2014 Collection and I am so sorry for those who have trouble with taboo about human body, I suggest not watch it okay? Well, not watch as watching but more to scrolling the pictures. hehehe..

So, I saw this one model that really caught my eyes!! She is amazing, I think she is quirky! I do not know her name but she pictured well in this two pictures. Love her.
